New York Times best-selling cookbook author and successful restaurateur Guy Fieri from The Food Network visits The Alpine Steak House in Sarasota, Florida. This episode includes Alpine's famous recipe of TurDucKen (Turkey, Duck, & Chicken). TurDucKen is made up of a boneless chicken inside a boneless duck inside a boneless turkey, with Alpine's special stuffing around the meats and Cajun Andouille sausage on top. The Steak House also has many German specialties including wiener schnitzel, sauerbraten and bratwurst, as well as roast suckling pig, and over 60 imported beers. Alpine Steakhouse's smaller portion of the famous TurDucKen is of course, called the “TurDuckLet.”
