1. Eligibility
Entrant must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Employees of SimplySarasota.com, and Festivals Of Speed, LLC., their affiliated companies, and the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grand parents) of each such employees, and all those with whom such employees are domiciled, are not eligible. You must be planning on being in the St. Petersburg, Florida area on March 29th, 2008.
2. Timing
The SimplySarasota.com / Festivals Of Speed, LLC. contest begins 03/01/08 at 12:01 pm and runs through 03/20/08. All entries received during this time period will become eligible to win two tickets for the day of the show.
3. How to Enter
To enter, follow the instructions on the following page. You may enter only 1 time.
4. Drawing:
Each entrant selected must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in the Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. Winners will be selected randomly. Potential winners will be notified by phone or email promptly following the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within three (3) days after the first attempt to contact such potential winner, an alternate entrant will be selected in his or her place at random from all eligible entries received.
5. Prizes:
Two tickets per winner for the Festivals Of Speed Event at North Straub Park, St. Petersburg, FL. March 29th, 2008. Valued at $20.
6. Other Terms and Conditions:
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsors, and those acting under its authority, may use winner's name, picture/portrait likeness and/or voice, for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. No cash or other substitution allowed except by Sponsors in the event of unavailability of the prize, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.
BY ACCEPTING THE PRIZE, THE WINNER AGREES THAT THE SPONSORS, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY WINNER FOR ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES OR PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY.
